You can be proud of the Masters at Authentic Taekwondo. There is no club in Canada with the calibre of Masters and Instructors who are teaching out of this dojang. Some of the worlds best are sharing their knowledge and expertise here, such as former Olympian Master Dominique Bosshart, former National champion and Canada's team captain, Master Akmal Farah. We also have professionals and entrepreneurs such as Dr. Daniel Gibbs, Master Tom Oetlinger and Master Randy Josephs and Master Muhammad Kermalli just to name a few.

Master Farah - Owner/Operator
Master Farah began his Taekwondo practice in April of 1994 and in 1997 he went on to win his first Canadian National Championships. He credits his motivation and inspiration to Grand Master Young Su Choung and Coach Tino Dossantos. Master Farah has competed at many world championships, Pan American and other international events successfully. He has finished top 8 at the world championships and earned a bronze medal at the Pan Am Championships, through 4 years on the Nationals Team. During his tenure on Team Canada he served many terms as its team captain. After his retirement as a competitor he was nominated as the Canadian National Team Coach where he now brings that same dedication and drive to Authentic Taekwondo.

Master Bosshart - Olympian
Master Bosshart (born October 7, 1977 in Morges, Switzerland) is a Canadian Taekwondo athlete. She was Canada’s only taekwondo competitor during the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, where she won a bronze medal in the heavyweight division (+ 67 kg). She competed in the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens but did not medal. Bosshart began studying Taekwondo at age 13, at the urging of her brother. At age 15, she moved from living with her parents in Landmark, Manitoba to living on her own in Winnipeg in order to train with Master Joo Kang at Kang’s Taekwondo Academy.
